Founded in Edinburgh in 2003 by Nigel Kennedy, Appetite Events has grown in size and reputation, developing into a business with a wealth of experience and a depth of knowledge essential to running a successful events company.
Having won a host of awards over the years including most recently, Caterer of the Year at the Confetti Awards, Appetite has continued to flourish. As such, the team felt it was time to update the Appetite brand. They have evolved over the last 16 years into much more and it was time to reflect that over their marketing and brand materials.
Working closely with Nigel, we discussed their offering, building an understanding of how they have created such loyal clients and how they can continue to grow. Beautiful, seasonal food is at the heart of everything Appetite do and ensuring that, along with their creativity for events, has been key in producing new creative.
The new name and branding has been rolled out across all their channels from the website, business cards and stationery to exhibition material, signage and vehicle livery.
Appetite pride themselves on listening to their clients and being able to offer them the best seasonal products in an ethical manner. This is held true across every aspect of the company and we ensured it was highlighted on their website. But never more so than within the catering industry, it can’t be style over substance. So we made sure the business cards looked, and felt, great. The soft touch matt laminate with a spot varnish finish is characteristically reflective of the appearance and quality of their work.
The photography of the food is second to none (and makes us hungry every time we look at the site!).
The site beautifully showcases the variety of food they offer along with some great event stories within stunning venues. We’re delighted with how the re-brand has worked and it’s been a pleasure working with such a talented team. Long may it continue.
